Care and washing
Wash percale warm, tumble dry low and remove promptly to keep creasing down. Built for commercial laundering and holds its finish wash after wash. Follow the care label.
Delivery
We deliver across South Africa, 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before noon on a business day are dispatched the same day; after noon, or on weekends and public holidays, they are dispatched the next business day. Gauteng orders over R2,500 receive free standard delivery; otherwise delivery is calculated at checkout.
Returns
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Bedding, pillows, protectors and towels are hygiene-sensitive, so once opened they cannot be returned unless faulty.
