Privacy policy

Pillow & Percale is a trading name of Limari Hospitality Supplies (Pty) Ltd. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you shop with us or register for Host or Trade pricing, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and your order history. If you register for trade pricing we may also hold a listing link or company registration number that you provide. Card payments are processed by Yoco; we never see or store your full card number.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your orders and to send you order and delivery updates.
To manage your account and, for Host and Trade customers, to apply your pricing tier.
To answer your questions and resolve any issue with an order.
To send you news and offers, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the store: Shopify, which hosts our website and processes orders; Yoco, which processes payments; our courier partners, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel; and our email provider, which sends our order and account emails. Each of these is bound to protect your information. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us and for as long as we need it to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Order records are kept for the period required by South African tax law.

Your rights

Under POPIA you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use for marketing. To exercise any of these rights, write to our Information Officer at orders@pillowandpercale.co.za. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
