Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We do not currently ship outside the country.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Johannesburg stockroom. Orders placed after 12:00, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched on the next business day.

Rates and times

Delivery is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size of your order, and the exact amount is shown before you pay. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch depending on your area; major centres are at the faster end and outlying areas at the slower.

• Free standard delivery on orders over R2,500 delivered to an address in Gauteng.
• Delivery to all other provinces is charged at the rate shown at checkout, whatever the order value.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier. If nothing arrives within the expected window, write to us at orders@pillowandpercale.co.za with your order number and we will chase it for you.

Delivery address

Please give a street address where someone can receive the parcel during business hours. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a further delivery charge.

Prices

All prices are shown in South African Rand and include any applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
