Care and washing
Wash before first use. Warm wash and tumble dry, and skip fabric softener, which coats the fibres and reduces absorbency. Built for commercial laundering; follow the care label.
Delivery
We deliver across South Africa, 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before noon on a business day are dispatched the same day; after noon, or on weekends and public holidays, they are dispatched the next business day. Gauteng orders over R2,500 receive free standard delivery; otherwise delivery is calculated at checkout.
Returns
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Bedding, pillows, protectors and towels are hygiene-sensitive, so once opened they cannot be returned unless faulty.
